'How to Find a Great Real Estate Agent?'

On a day to day basis...sometimes even hour to hour...our contact has been with Ann Marie and it is hard to find the words to tell you how exceptional her service has been.  She has been positive when the possibility of a sale looked bleak, realistic when our expectations were unrealistic, a stickler for detail when that was important but able to look at the bigger picture when that was necessary.  She has dedicated an enormous amount of time to this listing and she has always made herself available when we've had questions or concerns.  The cover for the sales and marketing plan that was presented to us by Ann Marie carried the byline "How do you find a great real estate agent".    We did.
